Finger size halogen point heater

Industry's smallest finger size

Features of HPH-12 1) It is ultra-compact and can heat a point of φ1.5 to 750–800°C. The control of heating temperature can be done through irradiation time control or voltage control. The lamp life will be reduced to one-third, but high-frequency flashing operation will decrease the lifespan. Slow ramp-up and ramp-down of voltage can improve lifespan. 2) It achieves perfect clean heating and can also heat in clean rooms or vacuum environments. Note that when placed in a vacuum chamber, there will be some gas release from inorganic adhesives initially, so pre-vacuum treatment is necessary. Additionally, heat dissipation decreases in a vacuum, so a water cooling unit must be installed in the main body. 3) It has made it possible to heat in narrow spaces that could only be addressed by optical fibers or lasers in the past. Compared to fiber optic heating and laser heating methods, it offers overwhelming efficiency of over 10 times, lower cost, energy savings, and safety. 4) There are no restrictions on the direction of lighting, allowing for use while moving. It consists of a high-efficiency condenser lens with a front protective glass and a lamp unit, both of which can be replaced. For continuous lighting, please install the air cooling unit ACU-8.

Medium Halogen Point Heater HPH-50 Series

The φ5mm point can be heated to 1450°C in a short time.

1. The Φ5mm point can be heated to 1450°C in a short time. The HPH-50 is a halogen point heater that concentrates the light from a halogen lamp onto a single point using a focusing lens to achieve high-temperature heating. The temperature varies depending on the infrared absorption rate of the heated object, but it can heat a point with a focal length of 20mm to approximately 1450°C. The method of controlling the heating temperature can be done by controlling the irradiation time or the voltage. By adjusting the voltage to 90%, the lamp life can be tripled. 2. It achieves perfect clean heating and can also heat in clean rooms or under vacuum conditions. 3. It has become possible to heat in narrow spaces that could only be addressed by optical fibers or lasers in the past. Compared to optical fiber heating methods and laser heating methods, it offers overwhelming efficiency that is more than 10 times higher, low cost, energy savings, and safety. 4. There are no restrictions on the direction of illumination, allowing for use while moving. 5. By adopting a water-cooled cooling method, it operates extremely quietly even during operation.

High-Temperature Halogen Point Heater HPH-100 Series

High-temperature heating of φ10mm point to 1750℃ in a short time.

1) The φ10mm point can be rapidly heated to 1750°C. The HPH-100 is a halogen point heater that focuses the light from a halogen lamp onto a single point using a lens, achieving localized high-temperature heating. The actual temperature may vary depending on the infrared absorption rate of the heated object, but it is capable of heating a φ10mm point to approximately 1750°C at a focal distance of 25mm. The heating temperature can be controlled by the irradiation time or voltage. By operating at 90% of the rated voltage, the lamp life can be extended to about three times. *Frequent on-off operations will shorten the lamp's lifespan. 2) High-precision and safe heating is possible without contact. The halogen point heater uses a non-contact heating method with infrared, allowing energy to be transmitted without directly touching the heated object. This offers the following advantages: ■ Heating can be performed without causing physical damage to fine parts or delicate materials. ■ There is no risk of foreign matter contamination, making it suitable for applications requiring cleanliness, such as in the medical and semiconductor fields. ■ Due to the non-contact nature, there is also a reduced risk of wear or damage to the equipment side, resulting in excellent maintainability.

High Power Halogen Point Heater HPH-160 Series

You can heat the φ24mm point up to 1700℃.

1) The φ24mm point can be heated up to 1700°C. The HPH-160 is a halogen point heater that concentrates the light of a halogen lamp to achieve high-temperature heating. The focal diameter is approximately φ24mm at a focal distance of 40mm, and depending on the heating target, it can be heated to about 1700°C. The time required for soldering is approximately 5 seconds. The heating temperature varies depending on the type of heating target. Temperature control is achieved through irradiation time control or voltage control. *Frequent blinking operation reduces lifespan. Slow ramp-up and ramp-down of voltage can improve lifespan. 2) It achieves perfect clean heating, and heating in clean rooms or vacuum environments is also possible. *When placed in a vacuum chamber, there may be some gas release from the inorganic adhesive initially, so pre-vacuum treatment is necessary. Additionally, since heat dissipation decreases in a vacuum, it is necessary to install a water cooling unit on the main unit. 3) It has become possible to heat narrow spaces that could only be addressed by optical fibers or lasers in the past. Compared to fiber optic heating methods and laser heating methods, it offers overwhelming efficiency of more than 10 times, low cost, energy savings, and safety.
